Reconciliation

The Sacrament of Penance and Reconciliation

Those who approach the sacrament of Penance obtain pardon from God’s mercy for the offense committed against him, and are, at the same time, reconciled with the Church which they have wounded by their sins and which by charity, by example, and by prayer labors for their conversion. The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available on Saturdays from 4:30 – 5:30pm, or you may call the office for an appointment with Fr. Tim.

For those receiving their First Reconciliation:

A Baptismal Certificate is required for all individuals celebrating the sacrament for the first time. Younger students usually receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation during their second grade level of the PREP program, after successfully completing the first grade level program. Home schooled children are invited and encouraged to receive First penance with their peer group at the time of this parish celebration. For more information, please refer to our PREP section on the website.
